EUTELIAVOIP SERVICE

The use of EUTELIAVOIP service is simple and quick. You need only an ADSL access, a traditional telephone (analogue) and a PC, and with few “clicks” you could use the new telephone line with quality equal to the traditional landline.

To use the EUTELIAVOIP’s VoIP service, you need:

· One computer with an Ethernet port;

· One line qualified for ADSL and the related account (Login and Password);

· One SIP account (Username and Password);

· The access credentials (ID and Password) to access your device

The ADSL account is the registration made on the ISP’s server that allows the Internet access. It is composed by a Login and a Password (confidential access code) by which you can access the Internet services.

The SIP account is the registration made on the EUTELIAVOIP’s server that allows the access to the VoIP services offered by the server itself. It is composed by a Username, coincident with the telephone number you have been assigned and a Password (confidential access code) by which you can access the telephone services of EUTELIAVOIP.

The Access Credentials are personal codes that guarantee that only you can access your Integrated Access Device (“VoIP ADSL router”).

ATTENTION! The confidentiality of these data is necessary in order to guarantee that services will be accessed only by you.
